Note: Mozilla & Firefox do not like the ftp://ftp.va.gov/ site; and give this error:

The FTP server 215 MSDOS A N (FTPServer V4R2 by BisonWare International)
is currently unsupported.

MS Explorer and Konqueror function just fine. UPDATE: Firefox 3 seems to work fine with it also.
