VA FileMan
A set of programs used to enter, maintain, access, and manipulate a database management system consisting of files. A package of online VA FileManager computer routines written in the MUMPS language which can be used as a stand alone database system or as a set of Application utilities. In either form, such routines can be used to define, enter, edit, and retrieve information from a set of computer-stored files.
