WorldVistA has hired an billing expert from the VA in hopes of getting VistA configured to do this as as best we can determine, VistA has this capability.  If there is anyone who has some experience with VistA, preferably in the roll and scroll and some Fileman experience, who would be willing to help out including helping to document the set-up process, please contact Nancy Anthracite - nancy@worldvista.org.
