Change Header and force redraw of screen including header

If header needs to be changed, 
 KILL VALMHDR
 SET VALMBCK="R".
 Then List Manager will automatically invoke this FILE LIST TEMPLATE FIELD HEADER CODE as part of the re-display of the screen.
