The Spinal Cord Dysfunction (SCD) Registry, is a local VISTA (Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture) computer database used for clinical, administrative, and outcome purposes in tracking veterans with spinal cord injury or disorders, such as multiple sclerosis(MS).
