To add info to a page that already exists, simply log in, go to the page and press edit. You will be brought to the edit page for that entry and may edit the entry as you see fit.
To add a new page, type into the address bar http://wiki.thepoliticker.net/index.php?title=*page_title* where *page_title* is the title of the page you are creating, case sensitive, with underscores in place of all spaces.
