An RFI is a Request for Information. In the VistA context, these will be from the US Department of Veterans Affairs, or from an organization that is adopting or enhancing VistA.
On November 15, 2016, an RFI RFI VA118-17-N-1781-001 was created by the US Dept. of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) VA Office of Information & Technology (OI&T) titled: VistA Standardization, Virtualization, Consolidation, and Security Remediation
