From File #60: LABORATORY TEST

This is the file that holds the names and ordering, display of tests

From File #68: ACCESSION

This file contains entries which represent the functional
subdivisions or departments of the laboratory (e.g. microbiology,
hematology, blood bank etc.), referred to by the Laboratory
package software as accession areas. The file is used to
define the site-specific information needed by your laboratory for
   each accession area.

From File #69: LAB ORDER ENTRY

This file controls the orderly sequence of lab test ordering.
This file is pointed to by many other files, and supplies information
for order entry and order status output. No editing of the
entries should take place, as it may cause corruption or loss of
   ordering information.

From File #s 68.2 and 62.4

If file entries are edited (either initially or after system implementation), they must be done in this order: 1. TOPOGRAPHY FIELD file (#61) 2. COLLECTION SAMPLE file (#62) 3. ACCESSION file (#68) 4. LAB DATA file (#63) 5. LABORATORY TEST file (#60) 6. ACCESSION TEST GROUP file (#62.6) 7. LABORATORY SITE file (#69.9
