Description:

 This patch will update the Automated Medical Information Exchange (AMIE) 
 Compensation and Pension (C&P) examination worksheet:  Eye Examination 
 (#1330).  A new entry, with the updated version of the EYE EXAMINATION 
 worksheet,  will be created and activated in the AMIE EXAM (#396.6) file, 
 and the existing entry for this worksheet will be inactivated.

 Problem:
 --------
 Dr. Vicki Milton (VBAVACO) has requested that an update be made to the 
 current AMIE C&P examination worksheet:  Eye Examination (#1330).
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 a) Created post-init routine DVBA138P which will deactivate the current
    worksheet in the AMIE EXAM (#396.6) file and activate the updated
    worksheet in the same file.  The current Internal Entry Number (IEN)
    for this worksheet is 216.  The new IEN for the updated version will
    be 229.
 b) Created routine DVBCWEE6 which will contain the new text for this
    worksheet.  Created routine DVBCWEE5, which will access the text
    routine and print the blank worksheet.
  
 DATA DICTIONARY CHANGES:
 ========================
 This patch, through post-init routine DVBA138P, will create a new record 
 in the AMIE EXAM (#396.6) file for the updated version of the AMIE C&P 
 worksheet described above and inactivate the existing record for this 
 worksheet.  This is done, per request by VBAVACO, for historical 
 purposes.  The 5th piece of the existing record will be updated with an 
 "I", to indicate it is Inactive and the 5th piece of the new record
 (IEN-229) will be updated with an "A", to indicate it is Active.

 Since the routine DVBA138P may be deleted by the installation process, 
 sites are encouraged to verify the checksum for this routine prior to 
 installation by using option #2 - Verify Checksums in Transport Global
 on the Installation menu.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 ==========================
 This patch can be installed at any time.  Users do not have to be off the
 system.  Installation will take less than 5 minutes.
  
 1.  Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
     INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.
  
 2.  Start up the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu
     [XPD MAIN]:
  
          Edits and Distribution ...
          Utilities ...
          Installation ...
  
     Select Kernel Installation & Distribution System Option:  INStallation
                                                               ---
  
     1    Load a Distribution
     2    Verify Checksums in Transport Global
     3    Print Transport Global
     4    Compare Transport Global to Current System
     5    Backup a Transport Global
     6    Install Package(s)
          Restart Install of Package(s)
          Unload a Distribution
  
 3.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
     (when prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter DVBA*2.7*138):
  
     a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
         you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
         transport global.
     b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
         the components of the KIDS build.
     c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
         allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
         is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
         (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
     d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
         message of any routines exported with this patch.  It will not
         backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
  
 4.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select DVBA*2.7*138.
  
     a.  When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
         NO//" answer NO.
  
     b.  When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
         and Protocols? NO//" respond YES.
  
         1) When prompted "Enter options you wish to mark as "Out of
            Order":" enter the following option:
  
            Print Blank C&P Worksheet  [DVBA C PRINT BLANK C&P WORKSHEET]
  
         2) When prompted "Enter protocols you wish to mark as "Out of
            Order":" just press <Return>.
