Episode 63 Non-provider and their assistant co-signing?

So we have social workers and their assistants who have documents that are prepared by the assistant and signed by both the assistant and the social worker. They are not providers so they do not appear on the co-signer list. How does one have these non-providers appear on the co-signer list and allow co-signing?

Here is how it is done for Recreational Therapy. Social Work is similar but Social Worker Assistant has to be added as a class.
